Educational Qualifications

Technician Grade II (Electricity)	High School or equivalent examination of Board of Secondary Education. Passed High School or equivalent examination and completed 7 years of regular service in Category (P-2) Skilled Laborer/ (P-1) Laborer.
Technician Grade II (Line)	Knowledge of how to read/ write Devanagari script. 10 years in the post of the category (P-2) skilled labor or 14 years in the post of (P-2) skilled labor/ (P-1) labor and should have experience in working on lines.
