Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Sr. DGM/ Procurement or DGM/ Procurement –
- BE/ B.Tech. (Electrical) or Graduate
- Experience : Should have a minimum of 10 or 8 years experience (For Sr. DGM and DGM, respectively) in a Rail-based organization. Out of which, 6 and 4 years experience (for Sr. DGM and DGM, respectively) should be in Bid process management/ Contract management.
- He should have deep knowledge of the pre-qualification process, bidding process, evaluation, issuance of LOA, and preparation of contract agreement.
- Contract management in projects funded by international financial institutions shall be preferred
Labour Welfare Inspector –
- Diploma/ Degree in Labour Welfare/ Social Welfare/ Social Work, or- Diploma in Labour Laws, or- LL.B. with paper (s) in Labour Laws, or- MBA/ PG Diploma/ Degree in Personnel Management/ HRM, with Labour Laws as a subject.
- Experience : Min. 2 years working experience in Labour Welfare work in any Govt.
- Deptt./ PSU or Private sector company, engaged in Project work. – Experience in the construction field will be preferred.
Surveyor
- ITI Certificate in Surveying
- Experience : Minimum years experience in surveying, out of which 2 yrs. in survey/ alignment for Metro Rail/ Railway projects.
- Should be well versed with various computer applications, relating to the job.
Age Limit
- Sr. DGM/ Procurement or DGM/ Procurement: The upper age limit for the candidates is 50 years.
- Labour Welfare Inspector: The upper age limit for the candidate is 35 years.
- Surveyor: The upper age limit for the candidate is 30 years.
Selection Process
- Sr. DGM/ Procurement or DGM/ Procurement: Suitable candidates will be shortlisted, based on their eligibility/ experience in the relevant field and may be called for an interview.
- Labour Welfare Inspector: The date, time, and pattern of the written examination shall be communicated to the candidates in advance. The written examination shall be held in Delhi only and candidates shall have to make own arrangement for travel and stay.
- Surveyor: The selection of the eligible candidates will be done through a written examination. The detail of the written examination shall be communicated to the candidates in advance and candidates have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay
Salary
- Sr. DGM/ Procurement – Rs. 80000 – Rs. 220000
- DGM/ Procurement – Rs. 70000 – Rs. 200000
- Labour Welfare Inspector – Rs. 27500 – Rs. 97350
- Surveyor – On pay scale – Rs.21700 – 69100 (L -3) or for 1½ years in Rs.19900 – 63200 (L – 2)
