  • At least 2nd Class Master’s degree in Indian History of a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Some experience of research in Modern Indian History/ teaching of Modern Indian History in a University or College/ work in an Archival Office.
  • Degree in Portuguese or Curso Complementary of Arts/ Science from Lyceum
Assistant Professor
  • A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956).
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in the specialty concerned from a National Medical Commission (then Medical Council of India) recognized medical college/ institution.
  • t least one-year teaching or research experience in a recognized Medical College/ Teaching Institution in the subject of super-specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/ Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.)
Lecturer in Medicine
  • A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  • Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  • Post-graduate medical qualification in the specialty concerned or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Senior Resident/ Registrar/ Tutor/ Demonstrator in a Medical College/ Teaching Institution.
  • Knowledge of Konkan
Junior Surgeon
  • A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  • Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the specialty concerned.
  • In the case of Diploma holders, Work in a responsible position connected with the specialty concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma.
  • Knowledge of Konkani.
Technical Superintendent (Ports)
  • Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Marine or Automobile Engineering of a recognized University/ Institute.
  • 5 years of experience for degree holders and 6 years of experience for diploma holders in maintenance/ overhauling and repairs of marine/ auto diesel engines/ hull repairs etc. in a reputed Shipyard/ Marine Workshop and also in a Port Operations and Establishment in any State of India.
  • Knowledge of Port Operations under the International Ships and Port Security code, the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(Act No. 44 of 1958), and the Indian Ports Act, 1908(Act No. 15 of 1908)
  • Knowledge of Swimming
  • Knowledge of Konkan
