Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the RSMSSB Librarian Recruitment vacancy, the candidates should have some required qualifications and age limits. Actually, RSMSSB Librarian used to recruit young candidates for initial level operations. Let discuss the further details below.

Educational Qualifications

• Senior Secondary with a degree in Library Science recognized by the Government/ National Council for Teacher Education Certificate/ Graduate in Library and Information Science/ Diploma in Library and Information Science
• Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture

Age Limit

• The applicant must have attained the age of 18 years as on 1st January 2023 and must not have attained the age of 40 years.

Application Fee

• Rs. 450/- for the general category and other backward class/ very backward class applicants
• Rajasthan’s NCL category for the backward class/ most backward class and economically weaker section applicants – Rs. 350/-
• Rs. 250/- for all special persons and applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes of Rajasthan

Selection Process

• As a part of the RSMSSB Librarian Grade 3 Selection Process, the candidates were needed to go appear for the Written Examination followed by Document Verification & Medical Exam.

Salary

• Pay Matrix Level-10 is payable for the post of Librarian Grade-3 as per the Seventh Pay Scale by the State Government
