Junior Stenographer Hindi	10+2 or to equivalent examination from a recognized University with a shorthand speed of 80 words per minute for a duration of 10 minutes with a transcription time of 65 minutes.
Junior Translator Hindi	Masters Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree Level Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject of either of the two as a medium of examination and other as a compulsory or elective subject at Degree level. Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or 2 years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertaking
Junior Engineer (Track Machine)	Three years Diploma in Mechanical / Production /Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized University/Institute a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical/ Electronics /Instrumentation & Control Engineering From a recognized University/Institute Higher qualifications such as B.E/ B.Tech. are also acceptable in lieu of 3 years Diploma in Engineering in the same discipline
Technician-III (Track Machine)	Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/ SCVT in the trades of Fitter / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Mechanic Mechatronics/ Mechanic Diesel / Mechanic Motor Vehicle / Welder/ Machinist Matriculation/ SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA) in the trades mentioned above. Diploma / Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship / ITI for the post of Technician. Graduate Act Apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA)

Age Limit

Lower Age Limit: 18 years
Upper Age Limit: UR -42 years, OBC – 45 years, SC/ ST – 47 years

Selection Process

For Junior Stenographer English, and Junior Stenographer Hindi and Junior Translator Hindi – The recruitment process will involve Computer Based Test (CBT), Stenography Skill Test/ Translation Test (as applicable), Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
For Junior Engineer (Track Machine) and Technician-III (Track Machine) – The recruitment process will involve Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification, Medical Examination.
