Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Name of the Post	Educational Qualification and Experience
Pharmacist	Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. Should be registered as a Pharmacist with the Punjab Pharmacy Council. Candidates should have passed the subject of Punjabi up to Matric standard. Preference will be given to candidates having Computer Knowledge. Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute/University Experience in dispensing and/or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed Govt hospital or institution or in a Govt drug stores
Clinic Assistant	Should have passed the Matriculation Examination/ 10+2 examination with science or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution Should possess Diploma in Multi-Purpose Health worker Female from a recognized university or institution Should be registered as Multipurpose Health Worker Female with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council, and Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi up to Matric standard. Preference will be given to candidates having Computer Knowledge

Age Limit

• The Age limit for the posts of Pharmacist, and Clinic Assistant can be up to 37 years.
• Age relaxation as per the rules of the Punjab Government.

 Application Fee

• Rs. 12 per patient attended with a minimum assured guarantee of 50 patients per day to be calculated on monthly basis for Pharmacist post.
• Rs. 11 per patient attended with a minimum assured guarantee of 50 patients per day to be calculated on monthly basis.

Selection Process

• The selection process can be done on the basis of marks obtained in Written Test, Relevant Experience under Health or Medical Education Department Punjab, Residence, and Computer Knowledge.
