JUET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
JUET 2023 eligibility criteria are given here which should be checked by all candidates before filling up the JUET 2023 application form.
For Under Graduate Program (UG):
- Eligibility Test: Students are eligible for 12th standard/class from any recognized board. Standar/Standard HSC/SC Intermediate should pass.
- Stream: Any stream based on choosing courses in UG.
- Qualification Subject: According to stream.
- Age Limit: Students should not be below 17 years of age.
- Marks Requirements: Students should have minimum 50% marks in the eligibility test.
- Reserved Category Candidates: The minimum marks of reserved category students should be 45% in the eligibility test.
- Appearing: Students are eligible to apply in the eligibility test. Students are eligible to apply.
For Post Graduate Program (PG):
- Qualification Test: Students can graduate from any recognized university/university. You should complete your bachelor’s degree.
- Stream: Any stream based on choosing the course in PG.
- Qualification Subject: According to stream.
- Age Limit: Students should not be below 20 years of age.
- Marks Requirements: Students should have minimum 55% marks in the eligibility test.
- Reserved Category Candidates: The minimum 50% marks of reserved category students should be in the eligibility test.
- Appearing: Students are eligible to apply in the eligibility test.
For Post Graduate Diploma Program
- Eligibility Test: Students should complete their bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
- Stream: Any stream based on choosing courses in post-graduation diploma.
- Qualification Subject: According to stream.
- Age Limit: Students should not be below 20 years of age.
- Marks Requirements: Students should have minimum 55% marks in the eligibility test.
- Reserved Category Candidates: The minimum 50% marks of reserved category students should be in the eligibility test.
- Appearing: Students are eligible to apply in the eligibility test.
For MCA
- Eligibility Test: Students have graduated/graduated degree. BCA/B.C.A B.Sc.IT / B.Sc.It B.Sc. must have been completed. Computer science from any recognized university.
- Stream: Any stream that contains maths and computer applications.
- Age Limit: Students should not be below 20 years of age.
- Marks Requirements: Students should have minimum 50% marks in the eligibility test.
- Reserved Category Candidates: The minimum marks of reserved category students should be 45% in the eligibility test.
- Appearing: Students are eligible to apply in the eligibility test.
JUET 2023 Exam Pattern

- Exam Method: The exam will be conducted through offline mode (PBT).
- Duration of examination: The duration of entrance exam is 2 hours 30 minutes (150 minutes).
- Exam Language: The exam paper will be asked in English language.
- Marking Scheme: 1 digit will be allotted for each correct answer.
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Total Questions: A total of 150 questions will be asked in the exam paper.
- Section: The paper will be divided into four sections.
- Question Type: The question paper will be based on objective type format.
