Age Limit

HPCL job required a minimum of 18 years to a maximum of 25 years with good sprite. For more details on the age limit, kindly refer to the latest HPCL Recruitment Notification 2022.

(Note) Age Relaxation: Candidates Age Relaxation may be given by As per Govt rules.

• 5 years. for SC/ST Candidates.
• 3 years. for OBC Candidates.
• 10 years. for PwBD (VH/OH/HH) Candidates.

Selection Process

• Candidates fulfilling all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will be called for an interview. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Interviews which will be tentatively scheduled in the month of January 2022.
• A merit list will be drawn basis the academic results of engineering degrees and Scores in the Interview.
• The final offer for apprenticeship training would be subjected to clearing the Medical test as per HPCL standards and submission of all the documents/ certificates towards proof of age, qualification, caste, medical certificates of PwBD and medical fitness, etc., as may be applicable

Stipend

• The Selected Candidates will get the Stipend of Rs.25,000/-
