Eligibility Criteria

Additional General Manager	Full Time Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent 20 years of post qualification experience is required
Deputy General Manager	Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks 15 years of post qualification experience is required
Senior Manager	Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks 11 years of post qualification experience is required
Manager	Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) 08 years of post qualification experience is required
Deputy Manager	Full Time Graduate and full time LL.B with 55% marks. The LL.B. Degree must be obtained from an University/ Institution recognized by Bar Council of India For Medical – MBBS degree 05 years of relevant post qualification experience is required
Junior Managers	Diploma in Engineering 8 years post qualification experience is required
