Educational Qualifications

For the 3 Year Senior Resident Post	MBBS with PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Medical/ Surgical Specialties from a recognized university and MBBS with 2 years of working experience in the same discipline. Preference is to be given to a PG-qualified candidate and selection of the non-PG-qualified candidate will be resorted to only when PG qualified candidate is not available.
For Full Time/ Part Time Specialist	MBBS and PG Degree with three years work experience or Diploma with five years work experience in the concerned specialty. The candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council.
For Full Time/ Part Time Super Specialist	MBBS and MD/ MS/ DNB Degree from MCI recognized Medical College/ Institution. DM/ MCH in respective Super Specialty from MCI recognized Medical College/ DNB in concerned super specialty or equivalent Should have registered with MCI or State Medical Council. Five years of experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the First Post Graduate degree.

Age Limit

• The candidate’s age must not exceed 45 years of age for the 3 Year Senior Resident post.
• The candidate’s age must not exceed 67 years of age for the Full Time/ Part Time Specialist post and Full Time/ Part Time Super Specialist.

Salary

For the 3 Year Senior Resident Post	In the entry pay level- 11 plus other allowances as admissible in ESIC.
For Full-Time Specialist	Rs. 106000/- per month as Consolidated remuneration.
Part-Time Specialist	Rs 60,000/- + Rs. 15000/- on giving the undertaking to be available for emergency call duty after the scheduled timings per month. Additional Remuneration above 16 hrs/ week- Rs. 800/ hr for every additional hour.
For Full Time Super Specialists	Rs. 2,00,000/-  per month. No other allowances in any form shall be admissible.
For Part Time Super Specialists	Rs. 1,00,000/-  per month for 04 hours per day & 04 days in a week. In addition, Rs. 20, 000/- per month for visiting charge in case of an emergency call Rs. 1200/- for every additional hour beyond 16hours/ week.
