  • Possessing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Should have ten years of experience
• Law Officer – Deputation (including Short Term Contract): 
  • Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories Administration, Autonomous or Statutory organization, Public Sector
    Undertakings, University or Recognized Research Institution
  • Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Should have 7 years of experience
• Senior Scientific Assistant – Deputation (including Short Term Contract):
  • Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories Administration, Autonomous or Statutory organization, Public Sector
    Undertakings, University or Recognized Research Institution
  • Possess Master’s degree in Science with two years’ experience
• Private Secretary – By deputation (including short term contract)/ Promotion (Composite method):
  • Deputation: Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories Administration, Autonomous or Statutory organization, Public Sector
    Undertakings, University or Recognized Research Institution
  • Promotion: Stenographers Grade-I with five years of regular service in level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400)
