Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• 40% of the posts of Senior Resident / Tutor will be filled from the members of Bihar State Health Service Cadre and 40% of the posts will be filled by the State.
• To be filled from the doctors who have completed the post graduate degree course (under the residency scheme) from the medical colleges and the remaining 20% of the post will be filled by doctors who have completed post graduate degree (residency scheme) from recognized institutions outside the state have received
• The minimum educational qualification for the posts of Senior Resident/ Tutor shall be a Master’s degree in the subject-specific. fit In case of shortage of candidates the minimum educational qualification would be Diploma.)

Age Limit

• Minimum Age :  N/A
• Maximum Age : 37 Years.( General/ EWS Male)
• Maximum Age : 40 Years. (General / EWS Female)
• Maximum Age : 40 Years.( BC/ EBC Male & Female)
• Maximum Age : 42 Years. (SC / ST Male & Female)
• Age Relaxation Extra as Per Rules.

Salary

• Selected candidates will be getting a Pay Scale as per norms.
• After appointment to the post of tenure, the pay scale label 9 to the medical teachers, and the teachers already working in the health service cadre are getting the salary, while the salary will be payable along with the dearness allowance and other admissible allowances.
