Assam TET Notification 2022 | Exam Date | Eligibility | Application Form – Government of Assam, Elementary Education, Axom Sarba Shiksha Abhiyan Mission has released an online notification for recruitment to the Various Vacancies of Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2022. Interested candidates who completed all eligibility criteria can apply in Assam TET Job Notification before the last date 

All the interested and eligible candidates can download the application form from the official website or link given below and submit the duly filled in and signed application along with required documents in both E-mails and by post on or before last date. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Assam TET Recruitment vacancy, the candidates should have some required qualifications and age limits. Actually, Assam TET used to recruit young candidates for initial level operations. Let discuss the further details below.

Educational Qualifications

Assam TET Eligibility for Lower Primary Level Test

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
• Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) obtained from any NCTE recognized institution

Assam TET Eligibility for Upper Primary Level Test

• Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
• At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post Graduation and B.Ed
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A./ B.Sc.Ed. Or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed.
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year B. Ed. (Special Education)

Age Criteria:

• Minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years and it should not exceed 43 years.
• Age relaxation shall be provided to the SC, ST (P), ST (H) & PH candidates for another 5 years, as per Govt. of Assam.

Selection Procedure:

• For the latest Assam TET Jobs, the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their marks obtained in Assam TET Examination followed by interview process.
• Candidates who are applying for the jobs must have the good academic records, professional qualification and excellence at NCC (B or C certificate), State level sports, cultural activities etc.

Application Fee

• For the candidates belonging to General Category: Rs. 500/-
• For SC/ ST(P)/ ST(H)/ OBC/ MOBC/ PWD (PH) Candidates: Rs. 300/-

Assam TET Exam Pattern

• 2 hrs 30 minutes for Paper1 and 2 hrs 30 minutes for Paper 2.
• Additional 20 minutes’ time (per hour) will be there for visually impaired candidates.
• There will be no negative marking.
