The cut off marks are defined as the marks obtained by the last candidate included in the merit list. The Commission sets the Arunachal Pradesh PSC SI cut off marks every year as per the ratio of the number of applicants and vacancies. The cut off marks are different for various social categories as per the reservation rules of the Government of India.
Factors Affecting the Arunachal Pradesh PSC SI Cut Off Marks 2021
- The number of applicants: More the applicants applying for a fixed number of vacancies, more will be the competition. Hence, the Arunachal Pradesh PSC SI cut off marks will increase.
- The number of vacancies: If a large number of vacancies is available, then the cut off marks will decrease.
- The number of hard questions in the written exam: If the percentage of the difficult questions in the written exam is high, the Arunachal Pradesh PSC SI cut off marks will decrease.
