Dy. General Manager (Legal)	Degree in Law Post Qualification 15 years of experience
Deputy General Manager (IT)	B. Tech (IT), Computer Science, B.Sc (Computer Science), MCA. Post Qualification 15 years of experience
Manager (Mining)	Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized university or State Board. First Class Coal Mine Manager’s Certificate issued by DGMS Experience of 3 years
Supervisor/ Foreman/ Overman	Diploma in Mining/ Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics. In the case of the Mining Diploma holder shall hold Overman’s Certificate issued by DGMS. Experience – 2 years
