Educational Qualifications

Associate Professor	B.E./ B.Tech and M.E./ M.Tech with 1st class or equivalent OR B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree AND Ph.D. in relevant branch of Science/ Engineering Experience – Minimum of 8 years of teaching/ research/ industrial experience
Assistant Professor	B.E./ B.Tech and M.E./ M.Tech with 1st class or equivalent OR B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree AND Ph.D. in relevant branch of Science/ Engineering Experience – At least 3 years of Post Ph.D. experience in teaching/ research/ industrial Note: Candidates who have done a Ph.D. after the Bachelor’s Degree from the institution of National importance with GATE shall be eligible for the post of Assistant Professor
Professor	Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch AND Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching /research/ industry

Age Limit

• The minimum age limit is 21 years.
• Application Fee

The application fee is Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1500/- for SC/ ST candidates only) which will be paid online along with the online application.

Selection Process

• For Assistant Professor – The selection process shall be conducted in two parts: (i) short-listing based on the marks obtained in the Written test and API & Basic Academic Score and (ii) Assessment of teaching skills and Interview.
• For Professor & Associate Professor Posts – The selection process shall be conducted in two parts: (i) Short-listing based on the marks obtained in API & Basic Academic Score and (ii) Interview.
• The ‘Basic Academic Score and API Score’ shall be calculated by the Committee as per UGCRegulations 2018, Appendix II, Table 2.
