Eligibility Criteria

- A medical qualification is included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third
schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. - Must be registered with the Central/ State Medical Council.
- A postgraduate degree i.e. MD/ MS/ DNB in the speciality concerned or it’s equivalent.
- For Pathology Department: the essential qualification shall be MD Pathology/ MD Lab
Medicine.
Age Limit
- The age limit for the post of SR is 45 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates).
- In the case of Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates, age relaxation up to a maximum period of 10 years for the General Category, 13 years for the OBC category and 15 years for SC/ ST category candidates.

- For General/ OBC/ EWS candidates the application fee is Rs. 1000/-
- For SC/ ST category candidates the application fee is Rs. 800/-
- For PWBD category applicants the application fee is exempted.

- In Pay Matrix (Level-11) with a minimum of Rs.67,700/- + NPA (for medical personnel) as per recommendations of the 7th CPC.
