Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the SKUAST Recruitment vacancy, the candidates should have some required qualifications and age limits. Actually, SKUAST used to recruit young candidates for initial level operations. Let discuss the further details below.
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject
- Ph.D degree (with course work) in concerned subject.
- NET or at least two full-length publications having a NAAS rating, not less than 4, on the last date of submission of application. OR
- Master’s degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject
- Ph.D. degree (without course work) in the concerned subject and NET
- Note: The essential qualifications at graduation level shall be as under
- Fisheries: B.F.Sc./ B.Sc. (Bio-Sciences) subject to completion of remedial/ deficiency courses during post-graduation in Fisheries Science
- Agri. Economics & Statistics: B.Sc Agriculture/ B.Sc Horticulture/ B.Sc Forestry/ B.Sc with Statistics or Mathematics

Application Fee
- The applicants are required to pay Rs.500/- in the shape of a Bank draft.
Salary
- The candidates engaged on academic Arrangement Basis shall be paid consolidated monthly emoluments of Rs.45,000/- in case of Ph.D. and Rs.35,000/- in case of Master’s degree holder.
