Assistant Library & Information Officer (Braille)	Degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science. One year certificate in Braille System both Hindi or English Should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Library Clerk	10+2 or equivalent. One year Diploma or Certificate in Library Science.
Consultant (Admn.)	Persons retired from the post of Deputy Secretary/ Under Secretary (Deputy Director) are eligible for the position of Consultant (Admn.) Should have good knowledge of the matters related to Recruitment Rules and Administration, RTI, Court Cases, etc. as per the procedures of the Government of India. Should have expertise in office procedures etc.
