Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • As per BOB official notification candidate should have completed Degree, Graduation, Post Graduation from any of the recognized boards or Universities.

Experience Details

  • Head Strategy – Receivables Management: Minimum of 12 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 10 years’ experience in Collection profile.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Receivable Management & Risk Management portfolios
  • National Manager Tele calling: Minimum of 14 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 10 years’ experience in Collection profile and have managed at least one large zone/ region for a minimum period of 5 years.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience in telecalling collection function (Any product) for minimum period of 5 years
  • Head Project & Process – Receivable Management: Minimum of 12 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC in Collection profile & management of various Receivables process, projects and system deployment.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Central Support Function in Receivable Management
  •  National Receivables Manager: Minimum of 20 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 15 years’ experience in Collection profile.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience of handling Collection portfolio in Mortgage/ PL/ Auto/ Agri loan products
  • Zonal Receivables Manager: Minimum of 15 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 12 years’ experience in Collection profile and should have Managed atleast one region/ zone for a minimum of 2 years
  • Vice President – Strategy Manager: Minimum of 15 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Receivable Management function in devising strategies for collections/ sales.
  • Dy. Vice President – Strategy Manager:  Minimum of 10 Years’ experience ina Bank/ NBFC.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Receivable Management function in devising strategies for collections/ sales.
  • Vendor Manager: Minimum of 8 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience of handling Collection portfolio.
  • Compliance Manager: Minimum of 8 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience of handling Collection portfolio.
  • Regional Receivables Manager: Minimum of 10 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 5 years’ experience in Collection profile and should have Managed atleast one large state/ territory for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience of handling Collection portfolio in any of the Retail Asset products
  • MIS Manager: Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC in Collection profile.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience in managing collection data base, system reports and automation of daily dashboards.
  • Complaint Manager: Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC in Collection profile and has managed a location for a minimum of 2 years
  • Process Manager: Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 2 years’ experience in Process Audit or related portfolio
  • Asst. Vice President – Strategy Manager: Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC.
  • Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Receivable Management function in devising strategies for collections/ sales
  • Area Receivables Manager: Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a Bank/ NBFC in Collection profile and managed a location for a minimum period of 2 years.

Age Limit Details

  • Age Limit: As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment Notification, the candidate should have a minimum age of 25 years and a maximum of 50 years .

  • Group Head – Minimum 6 years of experience in Relationship Management in Wealth Management out of which minimum 2 years as a Team Lead. Proficiency/knowledge in local language/area/market/clients is desirable
  • Product Head (Investment & Research) – Minimum 7 years of experience as Investments product/advisory /strategy Manager.
  • Head (Operations & Technology)-  Minimum 10 Years of experience in financial services, investment, and private banking out of which minimum of 8 years of experience in setting up and Managing Mid Office, Back Office, and Branch Operations of Wealth Management set up. Exposure to Digital Sales will be preferred.
  • Digital Sales Manager- Minimum 5 years of experience in driving sales of investment products through digital channels.
  • IT Functional Analyst Manager – Minimum 5 years of experience in driving sales of investment products through digital channels.

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based on shortlisting and subsequent rounds of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method.
  • Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection, etc.
  • The Bank reserves its right to call candidates in a ratio, at its sole discretion, as per the Banks requirement.
  • Adequate candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the Interview.
  • Most suitable candidates will be called for the selection process (GD/PI/any other selection method) and merely applying/ being eligible for the post does not entitle the candidate to be invited for the selection process.
  • A candidate should qualify in all the processes of selection i.e. GD and/or PI and/or another selection method (as the case may be) and should be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for the subsequent process.
  • In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common mark at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.
  • Minimum Qualifying marks for UR/ EWS Candidates shall be 60% of the Marks and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Candidates, the same shall be 55% of the Marks.
  • However, the Bank reserves the right to modify the Minimum Qualifying Marks at any stage.
  • Methodology for Selection for the Post of Territory Head & Sr. Relationship Manager:

i) Applications for the posts of Territory Head / Sr. Relationship Manager are invited city/location wise.
ii) The shortlisting of applications, an invitation for the selection process, and preparation of a merit list shall be location-wise for these
positions.
iii) The tentative number of vacancies for each location is as listed above. However, the Bank at its discretion reserve the right
to modify/add/reduce the vacancies/locations as per the business requirements, administrative considerations, and/or
performance of candidates in the selection process or any other circumstances.
