A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS (or) M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A 10 years of experience in Hospital Administration
Financial Adviser	Officers under the Central/ State/ U.T. Governments/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations Holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR With 5 years of regular service from Group-A Organized Accounts Services OR Officers with 5 years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government and having 3 years experience in the field of Finance & Accounts.
Assistant Controller of Examination	Officer under the Central/ State/ UT Govts./ Universities/ Statutory, Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations holding analogous posts on a regular basis or at least 5 years of regular service
Nursing Superintendent	Officers of the State/ Central Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts (or) Deputy/ Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years of regular service
Executive Engineer (Civil)	Officers under the Central/ State/ UT Govts/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations Holding analogous posts on regular basis (or) Assistant Engineers (Civil) with 5 years of regular service

Nursing (4-year course) (or) B.Sc (Post Certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) (2-year course) Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council. Experience – Three years of experience as Staff Nurse Grade-II in a minimum 2OO bedded hospital/ healthcare Institute
Librarian Grade – I	Officers of the State/ Central Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts Holding analogous posts on a regular basis (or) 3 years of regular service and possessing educational qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Service (or) B.Sc Degree or equivalent from a recognized University and Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Library Science AND 5 years experience in a library of repute.
Personal Assistant	Officers under the Central/ State/ UT Govts/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations Holding analogous posts on a regular basis (or) with 10 years of regular service as a Stenographer
Junior Administrative Officer	Officers under the Central/ State/ UT Govts/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations Holding analogous posts on a regular basis (or) with 10 years of regular service AND Degree of recognized university or equivalent. Proficiency in computers.
Hostel Warden	Officers under the Central/ State/ UT Govts/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations Holding analogous posts on a regular basis (or) with 5 years of regular service AND with 8 years of regular service AND Graduate Diploma/ Certificate in housekeeping/ Material Management/ Public Relations/ Estate Management.
