Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- For Assistant Post: Persons under the Central Govt. holding analogous post or with
five years regular service in posts in Level – 4 of Pay Matrix (Grade Pay – Rs.2400/-) or equivalent. - For Senior Accountant Post: Officers under the Central GoYt. or State Govt. or Union Territories:
i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent
cadre or dePartment (or) ii) With five years of regular service in the posts in Level –
06 of pay matrix (Rs.35,400 – 1,12,4001/-) (OR)- Possessing any one of the following qualifications:
i) Pass in the Subordinate Audit / Accounts Service Exam. or equivalent examination conducted by any one of the organized accounts departments of the Central Government.
ii) Successful completion of training in the Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent training course and a minimum of 03 years experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work.
- Possessing any one of the following qualifications:
Age Limit
- For Assistant Post: Maximum Age should not exceed more than 56 years.
- For Senior Accountant Post: Maximum Age should not exceed more than 56 years.
Selection Process
- For Assistant Post check the official notification.
- For Senior Accountant Post: i) By deputation / absorption ii) By deputation / promotion
Salary
- For Assistant Post: Level – 06 ofPay Matrix (Grade Pay – Rs. 4200/-)
- For Senior Accountant Post: Level – 07 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/-).
