WB B.Ed Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must passed graduation in science, arts or commerce from any recognized board or university.
- For general candidates minimum required qualification marks is 50% and for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC & PWD) is 45% either in Graduation or in Masters Degree.
- Bachelor in B.TECH or Technology with science stream or in Mathematics with at least 55% of marks or any equivalent degree can apply for WBUTTEPA B.Ed Admission 2023. In such cases candidates need to enter their B.E or B.TECH percentage in place of Honors percentage. If candidates have M.E/ M.TECH qualifications then it is need to be filled in place of Master’s percentage.
- Honors graduates will enter their honors percentage in the place of Bachelor’s degree Honors and plain graduates will enter their total percentage in graduation in the place of Bachelor’s Degree General in the application form.
- Those candidates who have less than 50% in B.A honors, their combined marks of honors and pass subjects will be calculated. And if they score 50% then that score will be put in place of Graduation in General in the application form.
- Merit list will be released separately for fresher and deputed candidates. For fresher’s merit list will be prepared on the basis of their graduation or master’s degree percentage. For deputed candidates merit list will be prepared on the basis of their service period.
