Punjab Police HC Exam Pattern 2021

  • Exam Will be Objective Type.
  • Questions will be in the form of MCQs.

Physical Screening Test 

Minimum Height for Males 5 feet 5 inches
Minimum Height for Females 5 feet 1 inches
Candidate Events in Physical Screening Test
For Male Candidates (excluding Ex – Servicemen of and above 35 years) a.800 meters RUN to be completed in 4 minutes (only one chance).
b. Long Jump 2.75 meters (3 chances).
c. High Jump 0.90 meters (3 chances).
For Female Candidates a.400 meters RUN to be completed in 2 minutes (only one chance).
b. Long Jump 1.80 meters (3 chances).
c. High Jump 0.75 meters (3 chances).
For Ex – Servicemen male Candidates (35 years and above) 800 meters WALK & RUN to be completed in 6 minutes (Only one chance)

Selection Process 

  • Stage I: Computer Based Test consisting of two (2) Multiple Choice Question Papers to be conducted on the same day.
