Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Master in Social Work/ Rural Management with a minimum aggregate of 55% from a recognized university. Distance learning, part-time and correspondence degrees will not be considered. All the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/Institute/Board recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the final result should have been declared on or before 01.01.2021.
Work experience: Minimum 1 year with a reputed organization in the Project life cycle management, Monitoring, and Evaluation of projects, Sustainability reporting in CSR foundations/ organizations.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 23 years
• Maximum: 30 years

Skills Required

• Communication skills, written and oral
• Understanding of mainstream business model
• Project Management: From the sourcing of CSR Proposals to Evaluation of Projects

Selection Process

Online Examination – The online examination is expected to be divided into 4 sections which may contain 50 questions each. Candidates get 120 minutes to attempt these 200 questions. Qualifying this exam will make you eligible for the interview round.

Interview – Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their Marks in the Online Examination for Assistant/Associate/Assistant Manager will be invited for the interview.

Medical Examination – Selected candidates will have to undergo Medical Examination. The final appointment will be subject to him/her being found medically fit by the Medical Examiner authorized by LIC HFL.

Salary

The selected candidates will get a CTC of 6 to 9 Lakhs.
