Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Must be a domicile of UT of J&K
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University in India or from a Foreign University declared by the Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent to a degree from a recognized University.

Age Limit

• Open Merit category candidates – 32 years
• Reserved Category & in-service candidates – 34 years
• Physically challenged candidates – 35 years

• General category – Rs.1000/-
• Reserved categories – Rs.500/-
• PHC candidates – NIL

Selection Process

Candidates will be undergoing the below process for selection.

• Combined Competitive (Prelims) Examination (Objective Type)
• Combined Competitive (Main) Examination (Written and Interview)
• Personality Test (Interview)

Salary

• Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800 [now revised to Level 8 (Rs.47600- Rs.151100)]
