Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Post Graduate Teacher	Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc the course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in a relevant subject (OR) Master’s Degree in a relevant subject B.Ed/ equivalent degree Proficiency to teach in English medium.
Trained Graduate Teacher	Four years of integrated degree courses at Regional College of Education of NCERT in a relevant subject (OR) Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject B.Ed/ equivalent degree Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), Paper-II, conducted by CBSE / NCTE. Proficiency to teach in English medium.
Primary Teacher	Senior Secondary/equivalent and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ equivalent (OR) 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) (OR) 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) (OR) Graduation and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-I conducted by Govt. of India. Proficiency to teach in English medium

Age Limit

Application Fee

• There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.250/- for each application.
• However, initially, all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.750/- per application as a Processing fee.
• The Processing fee will be refunded to candidates who appear in the written test, as under:
  i. Rs.750/-: i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (Women/ SC/ ST/ PWBD/ Ex-Servicemen).
  ii. Rs.500/-: i.e after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.

Selection Process

• Individuals have to paper for the Skill Test, and Written Test in order to get qualified for the Post Graduate Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher, and Primary Teacher posts.
