Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the HAL Apprentice Recruitment vacancy, the candidates should have some required qualifications and age limits. Actually, HAL Apprentice used to recruit young candidates for initial level operations. Let discuss the further details below.
Educational Qualifications
- Pass in SSLC/ 10th or equivalent with minimum aggregate marks of 60% for General/ OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
- Economically Poor candidates of Karnataka state. (Candidate name shall appear in the BPL/ Anthyodaya Ration card)
- Reservation is as per the Apprenticeship act 1961. 10% of the total seat is earmarked for the students orphaned due to the COVID-19 pandemic/ children of single parent.
Age Limit
- Applications have been invited for the Apprentice post from candidates Aged between 15-18 years as on 1st October 2022.
Selection Process
- Candidates for admission will be shortlisted based on 50% weightage in written tests and 50% weightage in SSLC/ 10th class marks.
- The final selection is based on the verification of the original documents of the claim.

- All the candidates who will qualify the written exam will be eligible to appear for the written exam.
