Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Entomologist	M.Sc in Zoology
Physiotherapist	Degree in Physiotherapy
Dental Mechanic	Must have passed 10th or equivalent examinations. Must possess a certificate in Dental Mechanic.
Junior Medical Lab Technologist/ Technical Officer	Must have passed 10th or equivalent examinations. 2 or 3 years Diploma courses in Laboratory Technology (or) Must have passed PUC with science subjects.
Ophthalmic Officer/ Refractionist	Must have passed PUC with science subjects. 2 years Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology
Pharmacy Officer/ Pharmacist	Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examinations. Diploma in Pharmacy. Must have registered with the Pharmacy Council of Karnataka.
ECG Technician	Degree in B.Sc in Cardiac care Technology.
Dialysis Technician	Must have passed PUC with science subjects. 2 years Diploma in Dialysis Technician.
Junior Health Assistant/ Primary Health Care Officer	Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examinations. Must have possessed an Auxilary Nurse certificate Must have registered with the Nursing Council of Karnataka.
Electrician	Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examinations. Must have possessed an Electrical Engineering course certificate

Age Limit

Candidates should meet the following age limit on the last date of submission of the application

• For General Category – 18 to 35 years
• For Category- 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B – 18 to 38 years
• For P.Ja, P.P, Category- 1 – 18 to 40 years

Application Fee

• For General Category – Rs. 700/-
• For candidates belonging to Category- 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B – Rs. 400/-
• For the Ex-Servicemen category – Rs. 200/-
• For SC, ST, Category -1, and Disabled candidates – Rs. 100/-

Selection Process

• Selection will be done for all the posts as per the aggregate percentage marks obtained in the qualification, merit list, document verification, knowledge of the Kannada language, and reservation rules.

Salary

• As per the District Health Medical & Family, Welfare Department notice, the selected candidates will be getting a pay scale between Rs. 23500 – 47650/- to Rs. 43100 – 83900/-
