Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Volunteers should have rendered a minimum of two years of service (residency period) in the above-mentioned erstwhile Group-D category (in terms of PCPO/SC’s SCNo.66/2017).
In terms of PCPO/SC’s S.C.No.21/2019, all the employees volunteering for the above post including SC/ ST who have satisfactorily completed two years of the probation period in the recruitment grade only apply.
Substitute service rendered after regular absorption will be counted as service for promotion to Group-C post subject to the satisfactory completion of a period of probation of two years in regular employment.
