Eligibility Criteria for UG Admission

• Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu State alone are eligible to apply (except B.Tech in Biotechnology degree course).
• A pass in the Higher Secondary Course in 10+2 (State Board / CBSE / any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto) and fulfilling the following requirements are eligible:

B.F.Sc. Degree programme

• For Candidates from Academic Stream
• For Candidates from Vocational Stream

B.Tech. (Fisheries Engineering), B.Tech. (Energy & Environmental Engineering) and B.Tech. (Fisheries Nautical Technology)

• Candidates from Academic Stream only

B.Tech. (Biotechnology) and B.Tech. (Food Technology)

• Candidates from Academic Stream only

B.B.A. (Fisheries Business Management)

• Candidates from Academic / Vocational Stream

B.Voc. (Industrial Fish Processing Technology)

• Candidate from academic / vocational stream
• A pass in the Higher Secondary (HSC) Course (State Board / CBSE / any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto).
• Degree holders are also eligible. However, only H.Sc. marks will be taken for admission.

TNJFU University Admission 2023 Counselling Process

• Firstly, the Candidate must check the counselling schedule.
• After checking the list, select a college according to the preference and interest.
• After that, candidates need to register themselves online for counselling.
• The next step is seat allotment, the preference submitted by the candidate will be processed and seats will be allotted to candidates.
• After allotment of seats, candidates must be present at the allotted college to secure their seat and pay the course fee.
• Candidates must bring all the required document at the time of counselling for verification.

• 5 Photograph
• 12^th Board exam original admit card without lamination.
•  If the candidate applies through a special category then such documents are also required.

• The home page of Tamil Nadu Dr. J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University will appear.
• Click on the UG Admission 2023-22 tab which is the right side of the home page.
• Open the UG Admission tentative rank list and scroll down to the end.
• Enter your Login ID and registered mobile number.
• By clicking on submit button rank list will appear.
• Finally, check the Admission status.
