Eligibility Criteria :
- The first and most important condition is that the annual income of the student’s parents or parents should not exceed 2.5 lakhs. It makes them eligible for scholarships.
- All children from the same family can also avail the scholarship.
- Scholarship stake can be availed for study ing in any recognized post matriculation or post secondary courses in recognized institutions.
- The only exceptions are some training courses such as aircraft maintenance engineer courses, private pilot license courses etc.
- Students belonging to st community and passing matriculation or higher secondary are eligible for scholarship.
- The same are eligible even if they have passed a higher examination of a recognized university.
- Job seekers who are on leave without pay can also apply.
- Students studying through correspondence courses are also eligible.
- Students should not have any other scholarship or stipend from the Government.
- Students who have received coaching in any examination from the Government are also not eligible for Karnataka Scholarship 2023.

Some Important Instructions Regarding SSP Scholarship
- Finally, the application cannot make any correction after submitting the SSP scholarship form
Students will have to submit a SATS number to avail the scholarship. SATS or Student Achievement - Tracking System is a unique ID number allotted to the student to provide the benefit of SSP scholarship.
- Students are required to refund the amount of SSP scholarship to the state government if the student decides to discontinue the education for which the scholarship was availed
- If the student has availed the scholarship by submitting false documents, the amount paid will be recovered from the student and his scholarship will be cancelled.
- If the student is not doing well and his attendance is low, the government is likely to cancel his scholarship

- Click on the “ Create Account” link to create your login account to apply for Post-Matric
Scholarship in SSP. - Select the Scheme
- Select your Caste Category from the “Select Category” drop-down.
- Enter the personal details and upload the required documents.
- Click on the Save & Proceed button.
- Login to your account using your login ID and password.
- Submit the educational details.
- Click on the Preview button to cross-verify the details that you have entered.
- Take a print-out of your Post-Matric Scholarship Acknowledgement for future reference.
