Eligibility Criteria

• A citizen of India,
• A subject of Nepal,
• A subject of Bhutan,
• A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India,
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India .

Educational Qualifications

• The candidates who are interested in applying for the SSC Phase 9 Recruitment 2021 should be possessing Graduate Degree & Above/ Higher Secondary (10+2)/ Matriculation pass according to the respective posts.

Age Limit

• Aspirants who are looking forward to applying for the SSC Selection Posts Phase IX 2021 should be having a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 30 years of age

Application Fee

• The fee payable is Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only).
• Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of a fee.

Selection Process

• Recruitment to Selection Posts will be made through Written Examination in Computer Based Mode consisting of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.
• Skill Test, wherever prescribed for any category of post will be conducted
• All qualified candidates found clear at the Scrutiny Stage for a particular category of post, will be called for Document Verification (DV).

Minimum Qualification Marks

• UR : 35%
• OBC/ EWS : 30%
• Other categories : 25%

Depending on the number of vacancies of a particular category of post, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage of scrutiny based on the score and merit of candidates in the Computer Based Examination in the following ratio:

• In the ratio of 1:20, for up to 5 vacancies for any category of posts.
• In the ratio of 1:10, for more than 5 vacancies for any category of posts, subject to minimum 100.

Salary

• The selected candidates would be getting a salary minimum Level-1 and maximum level-7 for the respective posts.
