Must have 5 years of experience/ training in systems and process management, IT, systems management, human resource management, or financial management. Must have passed Government recognized computer knowledge/ DOEACC examination. Must possess excellent computer application skills. Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Degree in Law
Stenographer Grade-III	Essential: Passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination. Speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand in English. English typing at 35 words per minute corresponds to 10500 Key Depression Per Hour on an average of 5 KD for each word, on a Computer. Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Lower Division Clerk	Essential: Passed Higher Secondary School Examination. English typing at 30 words per minute correspond to 9000 Key Depression per Hour on an average of 5 KD for each word, on Computer. Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. Preliminary training in Word Processing and Data Entry.
Driver	Essential: Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination. Driving license for the light motor vehicle. Unblemished experience of at least 2 years in the line. Knowledge of Konkani Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. The incumbent will have to undergo a practical driving test conducted by the Inspector of the Directorate of Transport before selection.
Bailiff	Essential: Passed Higher Secondary School Examination. Knowledge of computers. Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Process Server	Essential: Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination OR Passed Course conducted by Industrial Training Institute or equivalent qualification, in relevant trade. Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. Multi-tasking skills such as knowledge of operating office machines including computers.

Age Limit

• The candidate should not exceed 45 years.
