Candidates need to undergo 3 stages of the selection process to get recruited as RBI assistant. Here are the 3 stages.

Preliminary Examination(Stage I)
- The total number of questions asked in the RBI Assistant Prelims examination is 100.
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- Marks deducted for every wrong answer is ¼.
- The mode of the examination is online
- The duration of the examination is 60 minutes.
