Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• B.Com. from a recognized University with a minimum score of 50% marks AND possesses
• At least one hundred and twenty hours of Course with hands-on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology Office Productivity Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Govt. recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. OR
• Certification in usage of Computers equivalent to “O” Level Certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have done Post Graduation in Commerce and/ or have done a certification course in the use of accounting software.
• Should have passed Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.

Age Limit

• Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 1st January 2022.

Application Fee

• Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only – Rs.750/-
• Ex-Serviceman of Punjab state only – Rs.500/-
• EWs, PWD, LDESM – Rs.500/-
• All Other Categories i.e., General, Sports Persons of Punjab and Wards of Freedom Fighters, Punjab – Rs.1500/-

Selection Process

• The Applicant should appear for a Written Competitive Examination to be selected for a Senior Assistant (Accounts) post.

Salary

• The selected candidate will be getting an initial pay of Rs. 35,400/-
