Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Executive Officer (Studies)
Officers of the Central Govt./ State Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Bodies/ holding analogous posts or 3 years service in the Level 6 (7th Pay commission) with grade pay of Rs. 4200 or equivalent and possessing 3 years diploma in Hotel Management with knowledge of administrative & financial rules applicable to the Govt. preferable in Govt. educational Institutions.
Accountant
- SAS (Subordinate Accounts Service) Accountants from any of the organized Accounts Departments.
- Assistants with 5 years or UDCs with 8 years of service in the Govt. Deptt. And having undergone training in Cash and Accounts at Institute of Secretariat Training and Management.
Stenographer Grade ‘C’
- Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government or Autonomous Body or PSU holding
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or
- With ten years of regular service with Pay Band I with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400 or equivalent
Stenographer Grade ‘D’
- 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University
- Skill test norms: Dictation 10 minutes @ 80 wpm & Transcription 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi (on computer)
LDC
- 10th of 10+2 system or equivalent with a typing speed of 30 w.p.m. with at least one year experience.
- The ability to use a Computer is an essential qualification
Age Limit
- The age limit is considered as per usual terms of deputation.
- Stenographer Grade ‘D’, LDC: The candidate’s age must be in between 18 years to 25 years.
- The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date of the advertisement.

- Executive Officer (Studies): PB- 3 with GP Rs.5400 Level 10 as Per 7th CPC.
- Accountant: PB-2 with GP Rs.4600 Level 7 as Per 7th CPC.
- Stenographer Grade ‘C’: PB-2 with GP Rs. 4200 Level 6 as Per 7th CPC.
- Stenographer Grade ‘D’: PB-1 with GP Rs. 2400 Level 4 as Per 7th CPC.
- LDC: PB-1 with GP Rs. 1900 Level 2 as Per 7th CPC.
