JPSC Civil Service Exam Pattern 2023
The JPSC Civil Service exam pattern is divided into 3 parts. The candidates must go through all the 3 parts to be qualified. The three stages of the examination include:
- The Preliminary Exam
- The Main Examination
- Interview Round
Preliminary Examination
- JPSC Preliminary Exam 2023 written Test will be in Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- The JPSC Combined Civil Service Prelims Exam 2023 consists of two papers.
- The first paper is General Studies – I for 200 marks and the second paper is General Studies – II is also for 200 marks. The total questions in the JPSC Combined Civil Service Preliminary Exam 2023 are 200 questions for 400 marks (Each question carries 2 marks).
- The entire JPSC Combined Civil Service Prelims Exam 2023 will be held for 4 hours (2 hours – General Studies – I and 2 hours – General Studies -II).
- The JPSC Combined Civil Service Exam 2023 Prelims paper will be in both languages i.e., Hindi and English.

- The Mains Exam of the JPSC Combined Civil Service 2023 will be held for 3 Hours.
- The JPSC Combined Civil Service Mains Exam 2023 is the Descriptive Type Exam.
- The JPSC Combined Civil Service Mains Exam 2023 contains six compulsory papers
- Paper – I is for 100 marks, Paper-II is for 150 marks, and the remaining all four papers are for 200 marks.
