Prosecuting Officer Exam Pattern
- JKPSC Prosecuting Officer Exam 2023 consists of Preliminary, Mains Examination.
- The preliminary examination comprises two papers of objective-type questions.
- The question paper will be set in English. The minimum qualifying mark for the exam is 33%.
- There will be negative marks of one-fourth (0.25) marks for every wrong answer.
- The mains examination will consist of seven papers and an English Paper of Conventional type. And the English Paper will be of qualifying type.
JKPSC Prosecuting Officer Preliminary Examination
- Prelims exam consists of 2 papers – Paper I & II
- Questions are of objective type (MCQs)
- There are 100 questions for each paper
- Each question carries 2 marks
- The maximum marks for written exam are 400
- The duration of the exam is 2 hours (for each paper)
- There is a negative marking scheme
- For each wrong answer, 0.25 mark is deducted
