Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Assistant	Upper Division Clerks in the level 04 of 7th CPC (pre-revised PB 5200 20200+ GP 2400/-) having atleast 10 years of regular service in the grade
Upper Division Clerk	By deputation of regular UDCs of ICAR Hqrs. Institutes. The deputation shall be for a period not exceeding 3 years. (or) By deputation of regular LDCs of ICAR Hqrs./ Institutes/ having at least 8 years regular service. The deputation shall be for a period not exceeding 3 years (or) Failing above by transfer on permanent absorption of regular UDC of ICAR Hqrs/ Institutes.
Personal Assistant	Stenographer Grade-III working other ICAR Institutes on regular basis with 10 years of regular service in Steno Grade III (Level 4) or equivalent
Assistant Finance & Accounts Officer	Promotion Accounts Officer in the level 06 of 7″ CPC (Pre-revised Rs 9300-34800 G.P 4200/-) with three years of regular service in the grade from other institutes/ Headquarters of the council on a permanent absorption basis Failing above the promotion of Assistants having rendered 5 years of continuous and regular service in the level 06 of 7 CPC (Pre-revised Rs.9300-34800 + G.P 4200/-) and have qualified 1CAR Audit and Accounts Exam conducted by the 1CAR

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years
