Interview / Personality Test

There is no syllabus for the Interview/Personality Test but the board member asks the questions related to the current affairs, academic background, socio-economic issues prevailing in India and any other such event happening at the time period of the interviews. The board members will have the record of the candidates and they can ask any question(s) from it. IN addition to this, it is expected from a candidate that he posses the knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh.

Some other qualities to be judged are mental alertness, critical powers of assimilation, care and logical exposition, the balance of judgements, variety and depth of interest, ability for social cohesion and leadership, intellectual and moral integrity”.
