Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Only the height will be measured in the Delhi Home Guard Recruitment. The minimum height for the male candidates is 165 cm and the minimum height for the female candidates is 152 cm.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The Physical Efficiency Test will include the running of 1600 meters. The category-wise qualifying time for male, female, and Ex-Servicemen is given below.
