Nuclear Medicine	MCI Recognized MD/ DNB/ or equivalent PG degree in Nuclear Medicine or MD/ DNB in General Medicine with DRM/ DNM or MD Biophysics/ Equivalent with DRM/ DNM or MD/ DNB Radiodiagnosis/ Radiotherapy with DRM/ DNM (or) MD/ DNB Radio-diagnosis/ Radiotherapy with 2 years of special training/ Experience in Nuclear Medicine 9 years experience in a and b (or) 11 years experience in c including 2 years of special training/ Experience in Nuclear Medicine
Surgical Oncology (Thoraciconcology services)	MCI Recognized M.Ch./ DNB or equivalent in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery/ Thoracic Surgery/ Surgical Oncology with 6 years of experience in Thoracic Oncology after obtaining the above qualification.

Anaesthesiology	DM in Onco- Anesthesia (Or) MCI Recognized MD/ DNB or equivalent PG Degree in Anaesthesiology with 09 years post PG experience in Anaesthesiology.
Surgical Oncology (Breast/ SoT)	MCI recognized MS/ DNB/ equivalent qualification in Surgical Oncology with 06 years of experience after obtaining the above qualification (Or) MS/ DNB/ equivalent PG degree in General Surgery with 09 years post PG experience in Surgical Oncology.

Application Fee

• For UR, EWS, and OBC – Rs. 1000/-.
