Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the CG TET Recruitment vacancy, the candidates should have some required qualifications and age limits. Actually, CG TET used to recruit young candidates for initial level operations. Let discuss the further details below.

Eligibility Criteria for Lower Primary Teacher

• Must have passed class 7with 50% marks
• Must have completed their graduation in B.SC/ BA/ B. Ed. degree with at least 50% marks
• Candidates appearing in the Final Four Year Bachelor of Elementary Education/ a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or a 2-year Diploma in Special Education can also apply

Eligibility Criteria for Upper Primary Teacher

• Candidates who have completed the graduation and passed in the final year of 2-year D.El.Ed
• Candidates holding the graduation degree with at least 50% marks and passed in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)/ passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/ B.A/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed
• Candidates who have completed their Graduation with a minimum of 45% marks and passed/ appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)

Age Limit

• There is no age limitation for the CG TET 2022 as long as the candidate fulfils the other eligibility conditions set by the authorities.
