Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

• Applicants Must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/ College / University.

Age Limit

• Applicant’s age should be above 35 Years and below 65 years.
• Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST & PWD candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates

Salary

• A Member Of the District Commission shall receive a payment equivalent to the pay at the minimum of the scale of pay of a Deputy Secretary of the State Government and other allowances as are admissible to such officer.
• The pay of a Member, who is in receipt of any pension shall be reduced by the gross amount of pension drawn by him.
• There shall be an annual upward revision of the pay of the Member at the rate of 3%. E
• very District Commission Member shall be entitled to House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Leave, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Treatment, and Hospital Facilities as per the provisions applicable to Group ‘A’ Governments Servants in the State Government.
