Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act).
• Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
• A postgraduate degree i.e., MD/MS/DNB as per MCI rule in the specialty concerned or it’s equivalent from a recognized University / Institute.

Age Limit

• Candidates should be having 45 years of age
• This age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST candidates for a maximum period of five years. In the case of OBC candidates, it is relaxable for up to a maximum period of three years.
• In the case of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates, this is relaxable up to a maximum period of Ten years for General Category, Thirteen years for the OBC category, and Fifteen years for SC/ ST category candidates.

Application Fee

• General and OBC category: Rs.1,000/- and for SC, ST, and EWS Rs.500/- and for PwBD Candidate: NIL
• The fee shall be paid in the form of a Demand Draft in favor of ” EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AIIMS BATHINDA (HR)” payable at Bathinda.
• The name of the applicant along with the telephone number, post applied for should be written on the backside of the demand draft.
• This fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances or adjusted.
• No application fee is applicable for the person with disability (PWD) candidates

Selection Process

• The selection will be on the basis of the interview and if the number of candidates is more, a written exam may be conducted for shortlisting for the interview or any other method found suitable by the competent authority.

Salary

• Selected candidates would be getting a Level – 11 of the Matrix Pre-Revised PB – 3, entry pay of the Rs.67,700/- Per Month + NPA + usual allowances admissible under rules) NPA is applicable only to Medical Candidates.
