| Deputy Controller of Accounts | Officer of the organized Accounts Cadre of the Central Government:- (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis (ii) with five years of regular service in Level-10 in the pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500)Note: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall not ordinarily exceed three years. |
| Junior Accounts Officer | Officers under Central Government: (a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; (ii) with six years service in the level-5 in the Pay Matrix within rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis, and (b) who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the institute of Secretariat training and management or an equivalent course from a recognized institute and having two years of experience in cash accounts and budget work |
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications

Salary Details
- Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer- candidates will get the salary level-12 in the pay matrix (Rs. 7 8800- 209200)
- Deputy Controller of Accounts Officer- candidates will get the salary level-11 in the pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500)
- Junior Accounts Officer- candidates will get the salary level-6 in the pay matrix.
