Recognized Post Graduate Degree (MD/ MS/ DNB)/ Diploma in the concerned specialty
For Senior Resident (Emergency Laboratory): Recognized Post Graduate Degree (MD/ DNB) in Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Laboratory Medicine) from an MCI recognized Institution/ Medical College.
Assistant (Retired Person)
Post Held at the time of the Retirement – Assistant/ Head Clerk/ Section Officer/ Office Superintendent etc
Experience – Administration/ Establishment, Vigilance matters, Legal and Court Cases, Purchase matters, etc.
Computer Knowledge – The candidate should be well conversant with the knowledge of Computer,s especially in Word & Excel
Personal Assistant (Retired Person)
Post Held at the time of the Retirement – Personal Assistant or equivalent
Experience – Secretarial/ Administration matters etc. Persons who have served in a similar capacity with high ranked officers on crucial appointments and higher proficiency in the English Language will be given due weightage
Computer Knowledge – The candidate should be well conversant with the knowledge of Computer-especially in Word & Excel

Educational Qualifications
Recognized Post Graduate Degree (MD/ MS/ DNB)/ Diploma in the concerned specialty.
Recognized Post Graduate Degree (MD/ DNB) in Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Laboratory Medicine) from a MCI recognized Institution/ Medical College.
For Jr Resident: MBBS or equivalent degree from MCI recognized Institution/ Medical College.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 40 Years (relaxable for up to five years for SC/ ST, three years for OBC, and ten years for PWD candidates) as on the last date of receipt of the applications.
Application Fee
Rs.500/- will be charged from the UR, OBC & EWS applicants in the shape of Demand Draft (nonrefundable) issued in favor of ‘Director, IHBAS’ payable at Delhi to be issued after the date of publication of this Advertisement.
The SC/ ST/ PWDs applicants are exempted from payment of Fee. And no TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates.
